This year, we are launching the 1st Asia Pacific Ethicon CV Anastomosis Competition where top 20 young CV surgeons from across Asia Pacific region compete to showcase their skills and knowledge in CV surgery.
This inaugural competition took place on October 15th, 2022 (Saturday) from 10.00am - 1.30pm (Singapore Time Zone). We were honoured to have 8 esteemed judges to review and decide the stand outs at the 1st APAC CV Anastomosis Competition.
The Bentall procedure is considered the gold standard in the treatment of patients requiring aortic root replacements. Since its introduction, novel surgical techniques and approaches have changed the Bentall procedure considerably. Hear from the experts as they share advances in operative techniques, product solutions and evidence on how they seek to improve patient outcomes in complex Bentall procedures through case sharing and discussions.
With the rapid evolvement of percutaneous coronary interventions, the number of CABGs performed has continuously decreased over the past decades. There is a strong need for sustained efforts in the surgical arena towards the continuous optimization of CABG. In this session, hear from our experts on how they are working towards optimizing CABG in their practice.
